Don't Put All Your Eggs in One Basket

In order to create a truly successful business that is generating you 6 figures or more in revenue, you absolutely MUST create multiple streams of income. You cannot expect to make it big and break through to all new levels of wealth with only one service … it’s just not possible, and plus, you’ll get tired really, really fast!!

The idea here is simple, but it’s really easy for us to complicate things.

When I was struggling trying to figure out any and every way to make money, I dabbled in all sorts of areas - selling scrapbook stuff, stamp supplies, even some DIY interior design products. Instead of making me more money, these projects sucked up more of my time and drained my wallet even more! It seems that a lot of us tend to go down that road.

Instead, you need one strong focus in your area of expertise, with multiple streams of income.

The idea here is that you take your specialized knowledge and capitalize that in many different areas. Stop exchanging your hours for dollars. No one ever made a fortune doing that.

Create multiple streams of income including packages, products AND services to reach your target audience and give ‘em a choice! Offer your brides package options. Here are three ways to do that in your wedding business:

  1. Break your offerings up into three different packages - a top VIP package that’s all-inclusive, a middle package that’s a step down from the VIP package, and a lower, entry-level package to get them in the door.
  2. Offer products that accent what you do. You can create original products like e-books, group teaching, and audio programs. Or, you can become affiliates to sell OTHERS’ products on your website, like amazon.com books and wedding supplies, honeymoon packages, favors, and more. When you become an affiliate for these major online companies, they give you all the tools, graphics and links. All you do is post them online and collect your commission. Nice, huh?
  3. Bring on associates and offer an associate package or service. To maximize your services even more, bring on secondary staff and sell THEIR services to your brides, but you retain most of the money!

The most important idea here is to keep it simple and stop complicating the process.

The irony is that the simpler you make this on you and your brides, the more clear your message is to the buying bride and the more money you make!

Creating multiple streams of income not only changed my business, but it also changed my life. Put this into effect in your wedding business, and you’ll see major results too … and fast!

Brainstorm what products, packages or services you can offer to your brides using your specialized knowledge. Remember: one focus, many streams of revenue. Then, create those offerings or sign up as an affiliate … and watch the money come into your checking account every single day.
