Are You Doing it All Alone?

Are you trying to be extraordinary successful all alone? Well, I’ve never met a high 6-or7-figure entrepreneur or executive who did everything alone. Have you? The fact of the matter is, if you’re doing it all on your own, you’re going to burn out and eventually give up. YIKES!! (Who wants that? Not me!) So, today I’m giving you some ideas to start THINKING like the person you already know you can be in your company…

How much are YOU worth?

How muchusa jobs gov do you charge per hour? Think about that right now…. Is it $75/hour? $100/hour? $250/hour? More? Let’s say for the sake of this article that you make $100/hour. Now, ideally you should be generating at least $100 per hour OR MORE per hour that you work in or on your business. That means every single thing that you do should be generating that kind of income in your business.

What do you do that isn’t worth your time right now?

Think about everything that takes up time in your business right now. Maybe it’s cleaning your house or office, running errands, bookkeeping, answering the phone, checking email, working in the yard...and the list goes on. Now look at all of those things you do and seriously think about how much those tasks are worth to you. Would you pay someone $100 per hour to clean up, run errands, do your books, answer your phone, check your email, work in the yard, or anything else you’re doing right now? If the answer is NO, then you need to consider hiring someone for what you WOULD pay for that, and concentrate YOUR time on things that WILL bring in $100 per hour. You’ll be amazed at how much MORE money you’ll actually make in your company. So what do YOU work on when you outsource the “stuff” that sucks up your time?

Your only two jobs in your company are (or should be) Bride Work (for the brides you’ve already contracted) and Bride Attraction (reeling in all the new fabulous paying brides into your company). That’s IT! Sounds too easy? It works… Seriously!! Have you ever heard the phrase, “Work smarter, not Harder”? It’s so true … don’t make it so hard when it doesn’t have to be. In fact, the hysterical part is that the more people you hire, the more money you’ll be making, and the more you’ll actually have a positive impact in the economy. Have you ever thought about it that way? (Feels good, doesn’t it?!)

Just a few areas to consider getting help in your business and at home to explode your income are listed here.

Just think about the possibilities in your own life! In-person assistant, Intern, Virtual Assistant(s), Secondary Photographers / Planners / Cooks / etc., Personal Assistant, Housekeeper, Lawn Service, Bookkeeper, Legal and Accounting, Creative Team, and MORE!

I used to do everything alone. AND insist that no one could do it better than me...so that’s why I “HAD” to do it all myself. That’s untrue - really it’s just a bunch of BS that we’ve told ourselves. The truth really is that you don’t need to worry about who does it perfectly. So, maybe instead of focusing on being perfect or being the “savior” in your company, you try focusing on being the leader, the creative force, the GENIUS behind it all, and get some help for once. Everyone needs a team, so why are you so different? Seriously, think about how many people who are making A LOT of money without help and see how long your list is. That’s all I’m asking you to do this week!
